For Ireland the charge is £5.00 per order.
For other European Union countries the charge is £10.00 per order.
For European countries outside the EU the charge is £15.00 per order.

Cancellation:
We request that the goods are returned to us, preferably in the original packaging and unsoiled (please note that you are legally obliged to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession). When returning goods, please pack carefully to avoid damage. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. If they are not returned, we reserve the right to collect them from you and will deduct the cost incurred from your refund.
Exchange:
We will exchange the goods if you notify us at any time up to seven working days after you receive them. Exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Soiled goods will not be eligible for exchange. When returning goods, please pack carefully to avoid damage. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. Remember that, if you prefer, you may cancel the order, as detailed above, rather than exchange the goods.
Faulty Goods:
In the case of goods being faulty, a full refund will be made or the goods exchanged. If you return faulty goods, we will reimburse the cost of postage.
