Making A Purchase Buying could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping basket. Please note that ALL PRICES SHOWN INCLUDE SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS WITHIN THE UK, except where otherwise stated. After you have finished your selection, click on the "Check Out" button at the top of the page and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. When you have completed this page you will then be re-directed to a secure area before any credit card details are requested.

We accept online payments by credit card or PayPal. Wherever you are shopping from, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa and Maestro/Switch/Solo.

You may send your credit card information over the Internet or via phone, fax, or post. We recommend that you do not send this information via email as that is not a secure method of sending.

Payments by cheque are accepted but please allow four working days from the receipt of the cheque for clearance before your order will be sent out.

Every effort is made to maintain the prices quoted on this website and the catalogue, but this is not always possible. We reserve the right therefore, to discontinue any item from this list and change prices as and when necessary. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.

Shipping And Handling All delivery charges are included in the price if delivered within the UK. Exchanges may be subject to delivery charges.

For Ireland the charge is £5.00 per order.

For other European Union countries the charge is £10.00 per order.

For European countries outside the EU the charge is £15.00 per order.

For North America the charge is £15.00 per order.

For the rest of the world the charge is £20.00 per order.

If ordering from outside the UK, please note that if import duties or similar taxes are due, these will be payable by the customer.

Delivery Schedule We despatch your order right away, if the item(s) are in stock. You should normally receive your order within 7 business days. If you need a product urgently please contact us to arrange special delivery. International orders are generally received in under 10 business days. International delivery of riding boots will exceed 10 business days. Riding boots can be sent by courier but there may be an additional carriage charge. Please contact us for further details. Delivery of some products may be longer, this will be stated on the product details. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order until you have received your goods.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT where appropriate. Depending upon your country's regulations there may be additional import duties payable. Payment of these charges will be your responsibility.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order, for any reason, at any time up to seven working days after you receive the goods. A full refund will be made within 30 days of you notifying us of the cancellation. Alternatively you may exchange the goods. No refunds will be made on non-standard goods, e.g. items that are manufactured to your specification.

Cancellation:

We request that the goods are returned to us, preferably in the original packaging and unsoiled (please note that you are legally obliged to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession). When returning goods, please pack carefully to avoid damage. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. If they are not returned, we reserve the right to collect them from you and will deduct the cost incurred from your refund.

Exchange:

We will exchange the goods if you notify us at any time up to seven working days after you receive them. Exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Soiled goods will not be eligible for exchange. When returning goods, please pack carefully to avoid damage. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. Faulty Goods:
